Hi,

I'm looking for clarification on housekeeping intervals for long-stay bookings. Our goal is to clean each room every 7 days, but we want to control the specific day of the week when this cleaning occurs.

I assumed that marking a room as "clean" would reset the 7-day interval each time. However, it seems the interval is only tied to the "system" status change date. For example, one room was marked "dirty" on November 5, and we cleaned it on November 8. Ideally, the 7-day interval would start from the most recent clean date (November 😎, resetting the next cleaning date to November 15. But in this case, the interval reset on November 12, which is 7 days after the system’s initial "dirty" mark on November 5.

Is there a way to adjust settings so the 7-day interval starts from the last manual cleaning date rather than the system date? 

 

Hi ​@brianBLAU, not possible. you will need a housekeeping integration for that. We work with Flexkeeping, i am quite sure (but we dont use it) that they can.
