wir geht ihr mit dem Thema Gastauslagen und Trinkgeld um? Bucht ihr alles manuell beim Gast und in der Kasse oder habt Ihr einen automatischen Prozess hinterlegt, dass der Betrag vom Kassenbestand direkt abgezogen wird?
