Hello all,

Our housekeeper manager tried to install the Mews App on her iPhone in order to release rooms quicker but when she launch the app, it says Fatal Error everytime.

Can you please provide us a solution in order to fix the problem ?

Thanks for raising this. 
I would suggest the first thing to do it to run through the installation process:
can you colleague check they have the latest IOS version, try reinstalling the app and then logging in again. Guidance can be found in this help article: Downloading the Mews app
If they still have issues, please raise a ticket with support so they can help further.
