If a client chooses an add-on in the booking journey ( a bookable product) - how do I get the confirmation to display the following:-
I have looked at the functions / placeholders
However none of them provide a price for the Add on…...

Apologies for the slow response.
Have you attached the items to the stay service and enabled the Offer to Customers option?
The breakdown of pricing should then show in the summary in the booking journey. Some guidance on this you can see here: The booker journey in the Mews Booking Engine
If you already have these settings checked, then I would suggest to raise it with Support as this then isn’t behaving as expected!

What I was basically seeking was an itemised list of the Add-ons with their respective prices for the particular reservation
Example.for a 1 night stay - 2 persons
Room Rate - € 195,00 per night (average)
Breakfast - €25,00 per person per night
Welcome basket - €15,00 per stay
TOTAL - € 260,00
Example for a 2 night stay - 2 persons
Room Rate - € 200,00 per night (average) not displayed night 1 = €195,00 + night 2 = €205,00 = Avg €200,00
Breakfast - €25,00 per person per night not displayed €25 * 4 = €100,00
Welcome basket - €15,00 per stay
TOTAL - € 515,00
Offer to customer is turned on - but I only get TOTAL for stay & not breakdown.
