We are looking for a way to customize our emails for certain dates. For example, we want to send a different confirmation email when people book for certain dates (think of Christmas). We would like to know if there are solutions for this within Mews or with an integration.

Hi Dirkjan,
with a CRM like Revinate, you would be able to customize the template by stay date or other parameters. I don’t know of a way to achieve this in MEWS.

Unfortunately, Mews does not support email template customization for specific dates. Michael got it right; Revinate or BookBoost could be good tools to consider if you're searching for an automated solution, which I think you are based on your question. Anyway, you could also use a platform like MailChimp if you were rather looking for more of an ad-hoc communications (you would then export guests' email addresses and prepare the communication in MailChimp, but I think that was not necessarily what you were after).
