Good afternoon everyone!

New day, new question (sorry 😄). I was wondering if there is a quick way to change the options of products I have created in Mews. For example, an extra bed that is currently charged as “per person per night” – I want to change this to “per night.” However, Mews gives me an error saying that this cannot be changed once the product has been created.

Is it really not possible, or is there maybe an alternative solution?

Thanks for your replies!

Warm regards

Good evening @Pierrick

To my knowledge, this iis not possible to change, and you need to newly create.

That's too bad to hear. I'm struggling with my extra beds. Mews always counts one extra bed per person in the reservation, but I always need one for just one person, and that for every night of the booking. I can't get it right... Thanks anyway for your reply! :)

Warm regards

Pierrick

The per night option is the correct one for this scenario, and you can then adjust the count of beds in the reservation (in case you would have two/three etc extrabeds in one room). “Only” challenge you have is that you have to create a new product and then adapt all future reservations (remove old and add new product). The product report can give you an indication how many / which ones you need to adapt.
