CBS

Hi,

Which report are you using to fill out the monthly CBS (Dutch) statistics?

I'm using the statistics report, but because in The Netherlands we only register 1 nationality (person)  per room these figures are not right.

Most rooms are occuupied with 2 persons, so I counted all figures times two, but there is still a big difference when I compare it to the guest totals of the manager report.

Hopefully someone have a solution for this?

Thx

Hi Gerjan,

I believe the Customer Statistics report is the correct tool to use, however, I would suggest using the filters below

The filter in-house will reduce to only customer spending the night and as this report doesn’t have the hours filter, it should only be selected for one day, if you want just the people staying for that one night.

As this report consolidates repeat customers, if you do a longer period than 1 night, and the same customer spends two nights, this report will only count them as 1. For onger period you might prefer an export of the Reservation report with the below filters:

Once exported, the column AC will match the total amount of customers in your Manager report.

If that doesn’t help, I believe we might need to verify via a support ticket so that we can verify with concrete examples.

Thx for your help.

Unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem.

The figures I need:

How many guests and nights (per country) stayed with us last month.

Sanneke told me that your department research is dealing with it.

Thx so far.

Hi Gerjan,

In addition to the above, I suggest to take a look at VisitorData which is available in the Marketplace. Might save some valuable time. Have a nice day! 🌞
