Booking.com integration Outages

I have the feeling there are many outages with the booking.com integration lately, but we only “know” it as soon as a guest calls to let us know they still have not received their key codes.

Is there a way to get a warning if the integration has a failure so we can manually pull the reservations before we get a notification from the guests? To avoid overbookings it would be super important to realize an outage ASAP

I’m wondering the same. The same applies to all integrations as well.

Hello,

I already do, and I’m constantly encouraging our properties to do the same.
However, I would like to receive a notification in the system (similar to the Key cutter integration show errors) or via email (to multiple recipients) whenever any of my integrations fail — especially the CRS/CHM integration. It doesn’t happen often, but it does occur occasionally.
