Is it possible to create a field in a reservation to be able to add a baby in the room (0-2 years) 100% free of charge? If the reservation is booked as including breakfast rate and we want to add a baby we need to add a child but the will modify the including breakfast rate.

You can create up to 4 age categories (How to configure age categories in Mews Operations), so if you do not have a baby configured yet, you can do so. Are you using product rules to include breakfast? If so, you can edit the price of your breakfast product into zero like this: Configuring the pricing details of a product based on the age category (mews.com)

I absolutely agree with Sanne:) Configuring an extra age category would resolve the problem. I also recommend checking this article about age-category rate adjustment, if you have no adjustment for this age category then having a guest within this age category in the reservation will not affect the price in any way.
