Has anyone found a good way to track anniversaries? We currently have been tracking birthdays in the guest profile, but it’d be amazing if we had a method of tracking anniversaries that would also alert us of upcoming milestones. Thanks!

Do you have examples for this? Are you trying to see, if someone has a wedding anniversary or something like that? How would you collect this data? If you want anything automated, I agree with Marketa to look into CRM solutions. If it’s only for individual reservations and you know that there is a special event during their reservation, I would suggest setting a task for that day or the day before as a reminder.
