Hoping someone has a solution to automate the below.

All of our reservations that drop in from our channel manager (automatically segmented as OTA) require manual amendments to correct the segment i.e Brand.com, GDS, B.com, EXP

Does anyone have any tips to automate this change?

I think this primarily depends on what your channel manager is able to deliver..

However, do you mean segment or source? Segment will really be hard to attribute automatically - maybe if you know exactly that your reservations from a certain source are all leisure or group or whatever, you could set up a specific rate for that and set the default segment there. And then only load that rate to that channel through your CM.

I believe for correct source attribution, you would need to know (or obeserve the xml files comming in) what source channelName is submited by your CM and then set up companies and travel agency contracts to match them accordingly.

AFAIK, his field must match exactly what your CM delivers as channelName

This way you will have travel agency and source automatically attached to the reservations:
