Just wanted to know if you are able to set up different types of “child” in the age category and if then, you can set up a brekafast rate and no city tax for them.
I already have aldut and child created for the city tax but I would like to make the difference between a child from 2-12 yo that does not pay breakfast from a teenager that pays a cheaper breakfast than adults.
Thanks!!

Hey, we have set up 4 categories - adult, infant, child, teen and it works great for the products.
Only down side is you can only set the price for 1 year and cannot monitor this without opening each product, so I need to keep a separate manual list to know when the pricing is going to revert back to base price. Also if you use a tablet or guest kiosk the age pricing does not generate.
Hello @Mdmar :)
I hope that you are doing well! I would recommend setting up the Age categories (up to 4) as per your needs.
Here is the article that should help you setting this up.
Once the age categories are set up you can navigate to the Bookable service products, select the product and go to pricing tab where you can set the adjustments for different age categories. You can see example for breakfast below:
If you would need any hint I would recommend checking the following article.
For the city tax not to be charged you may set the price to be 0. The product will be in this case posted however with the 0 price. :)
I hope that this is helpful!
Warm regards, Stepan
Dear Stepan,
Thanks for your answer. I already tried to set up the age but the new category did not appear in my produicts… :( is that normal?
Thanks!!
Dear @Mdmar,
you are very welcome Could you please make sure that you are looking at products that are within your Bookable service (not additional service) and that the product is charged either per person or per person per time unit?
As stated in the guide: You can set up only per person and per person per time unit products such as breakfast based on age category.
Please let me know if you would still have any difficulties :)
Warm regards, Stepan

Hey @Sam ,
I was testing quickly in Mews the 1 year limitation and I believe that you can overcome this by setting the absolute adjustment instead of setting up the price directly. You can do so by clicking on the pencil icon as shown on the screenshot below. The adjustments applies infinitely in the future :)
Thanks Stepan!
The pencil is new since I last used this function, good to know it can now be done.
