Add names to booking confirmation

Question

A guests need a booking confirmation with all the guests names for Visa purpose.

I have added all the names to the booking but when I send out the confirmation only the main booker name shows up.

How can I sent out a booking confirmation with all the guests names on it?

Hi ​@Lisa Clarkin the case of a manual adjustments,we send ourselves the confirmation email and then write whatever is necessary. Later on, you can save this modified confirmation as data at the guest profile.Mews can't do this automatically. I don't think the placeholders will be sufficient for your situation either?If you´ll find a better solution, let us know. Would be nice.Best regardsLeif
