Add a restriction to require minimum 2 night bookings if arrival date is more than 30 days away?

Hi Mews Community. Does anyone know how I can create restrictions in MEWS to accomplish the following:

If the date of arrival is more than 30 days away, a booking needs to have a minimum of 2 nights.
(New one night bookings are only to be allowed if arrival date is closer than 30 days from now.)
(Will apply to an Exact Rate)

I have tried a few things in Services > Stay > Restrictions but cannot seem to get it to work.

Hi@AndrewN,To achieve this, use restrictions and two separate rate plans.First, Prevent the Standard rate from being bookable outside 30 days byusing the exact rate and setting the maximum advance to 30. This is the Flexible rate in thescreenshotbelow.Second, apply a 2 night minimum to the Early Bird rate and 30 to Minimum advance to prevent the ratefrom being booked within 30 days.Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.Regards
