Hi! Does someone has a best practice or any tips how to set up the segments useful? We havent find an appropreiate solution that really gives us reliable information yet. I would be very happy to see some examples!

Hi,
For me, the best way is to create the segments in the "bookable service", and then put the right segment on the rate and/or on the travel agency contract.
That way, the "segment" field fills itself up, and there will still be a few bookings to make manually.
