We use a daily scheduled report of the Space Status for our hotels which works well. Mews follows EU regulations and therefore has set the trigger for a space to show the 'legionella’ status at 7 days. We would love to be able to set this tigger ourselves as we prefer 4 days. There are quite a few feature requests on the Product Ideas forum about this: https://feedback.mews.com/search?filter=ideas&query=legionella.
Would love to hear best practices from other hotels as well.
