How do I send a search for someone's profile within the Community?

I was just on the Product Roadmap Webinar and wanted to reach out to Aldair directly about room block updates, showing on the timeline and the ability to book shoulder dates without having to split stay the reservation. I cannot figure out how to find an individual that is a part of the Community without searching through Topics and see if they are associated with that topic in someway.

If someone could let me know how to search for individual members in order to private message, that would be very helpful.
