We are a 50-room hotel that just have been integrated on Mews. The problem is that we feel somewhat abandoned by the implementation manager. We keep forwarding emails asking for our issues to be addressed, but it feels like nothing is being done.
The issues involve general settings, bookings not coming through the channel manager, problems with invoicing, issues with the integration of Lightspeed, etc. Does anyone perhaps have a phone number for a second-line support service or another phone number of someone that could help us? Thanks in advance!
