Hi Community,

Does any one of you use eventtemple and face issues regarding occupancy? We can only fetch single rooms eg 1 person. Double or triple occupancy does not work/exist!

Event Temple’s integration currently only pushes blocks as single‑occupancy.

As platinum integration and recommended system from your side that is a huge lack in functionality. We do need double and more occupancy. Anything else is not acceptable.

This is a limitation on the partner side as Mews supports occupancy/PAX on availability blocks via the Open API.

Hi, we know that already but we are wondering if your platin partnership is that often used and if nobody is missing the lack in occupancy transfer.
