Hallo Christian,
So konfigurierst du deine PMS-Einstellungen in Mews Kassensystem

Hello Christian,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the POS to PMS posting, but we are happy to guide you through the setup and its modifications.
Mapping of POS products to the PMS is setup not via product categories, but the tax rate on the products themselves. This means that if a product has a lower tax rate, it will be reflected in the PMS.
As of recently, we have made the PMS mapping customer facing, so it is possible for all of our users to fine-tune the PMS integration setup by themselves. Please, see the help center article link for more details.
The way to work around this limitation is through our bundles (packages feature), where a certain product can contain two or more sellable items with different tax rates. Please, see the article below for more details.
If you wish to know more details about the PMS integration or get in touch with our support analysts, please, reach out to us at [email protected]
Best regards,
Ivica
