Dal 1° ottobre 2026, potrete continuare a creare e chiudere i conti direttamente nel Mews PMS, mentre Mews gestirà automaticamente il flusso di invio richiesto attraverso il Sistema di Interscambio (SdI).
L’invio avverrà in background, senza passaggi aggiuntivi né strumenti separati per il vostro team.

Tax Automation e Tax Intelligence
Dal 1° dicembre 2026, la Compliance Suite si arricchirà di due nuove funzionalità:

Tax Automation vi aiuterà ad automatizzare end-to-end la gestione delle imposte di soggiorno.

Tax Intelligence vi fornirà aliquote delle imposte di soggiorno aggiornate continuamente e una visibilità in tempo reale su quanto riscuotete, dovete versare e dichiarare, comprese le esenzioni applicabili.
Insieme, queste funzionalità aiuteranno il vostro team a gestire le attività fiscali con maggiore sicurezza, offrendo report pronti per gli audit e una visione più chiara per i team Finance.

Italy Cloud Fiscalization
A partire da gennaio 2027, la Compliance Suite introdurrà anche Italy Cloud Fiscalization.
Questa funzionalità aiuterà le strutture a passare dai registratori fiscali tradizionali a servizi cloud sicuri per la trasmissione dei dati delle transazioni all’Agenzia delle Entrate.
