We are opening a Beta for a new version of the Ledger Activity Report as part of the new ledger reporting.
The Ledger Activity Report is designed primarily for investigating ledger movements and understanding specific scenarios or chains of events.
The purpose of this update is to streamline working with ledger transactions. All ledger movements are now shown in one single table, with more attributes available, allowing you to:
Whether this new level of flexibility is useful in your day to day work
How you typically use the report (timeframes, filters, grouping)
How the report behaves when used with your typical data volumes and workflows
A few notes- You can switch between the old and new views at any time
To reuse a specific view (columns, filters, grouping), you can save the report URL.
Exports are not yet updated with the new attributes. These will be added in the next few weeks. Exports will continue to include raw, ungrouped data only
For revenue reporting of longer timeframes, we plan to introduce a Trial Balance in Mews UI later in Q1, focused on aggregated figures rather than detailed movements
This report is part of the new ledger reporting. If ledgers are not yet enabled for your property, they will become available as part of the ongoing rollout in Q1.

Hi @Hveilleux @Dirkjan @Mluca - I have now enabled you the new report version. You should now see in Ledger Activity Report an option to “Switch to new view” that you should click to see new version. Please share any feedback here or directly at [email protected]
@Louisa_Ruhrberg I noticed you have not yet new ledgers enabled. We are planning to rollout ledgers to DACH region next week, we will be sending Coming soon notification soon. So you will be able to access this Beta once ledgers are enabled.
@Kathi - enabled for Meiser Design Hotel, the remaining two do not have yet ledgers enabled, we will rollout to DACH next week and then you will be able to access the Beta.

These two properties do not yet have new ledgers enabled, we plan to complete the rollout by mid February, you will receive Coming soon note around week before. Once that is done, you will have Beta for the new report enabled.

Hi @Louisa Ruhrberg – the Beta is for an improvement to the Ledger Activity Report, which is part of the new ledger reporting solution being rolled out.
As mentioned earlier, your property did not yet have the new ledgers enabled. The rollout to the DACH region happened today, so you should have access to the new ledger reporting, which means you can now join and test this Beta.
For context, the Beta for the ledger solution itself ran in Q2/Q3 last year, and I can see that Quality Hotel Maritim was included in that phase.
