We are a gouvernemental property of 230 rooms and we have troubles to install our Salto system with Mews. We are talking to Salto but it’s still not working. Any tips for us?

It’s our IT team that could answer correctly. Basicly, Mews is not able to talk to Salto. Salto team doesn’t seems to be familiar with Mews.
Hi Anne-Marie. I’d advise raising a ticket with our support team so that they can review where the problem is. We work closely with Salto so I’m sure the support team can help resolve this for you.
