We’re working on a new AI connectivity layer (e.g. an official Mews MCP offering) that allows you connect your AI tool of choice (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or a custom agent) to your Mews data safely and securely, allowing you to automate workflows, delegate tasks, query your data, and more. We’re looking for properties who are already leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day work or planning their AI strategy to help us understand:

What you want to build tomorrow
What key features you want or need from an official Mews AI integration offering to make your work successful
What the process looks like

@nathaniel.goethel Would love to be part of this and already submitted the form. We’re already using Claude and ChatGPT in our day-to-day operations with some of our or system so it would be great if we could do the same with MEWS.

Boutique Hotel Das Tigra would be delighted to join the beta program. We already use ChatGPT and are keen to explore secure Mews-connected AI agents for reporting, operational briefings, exception handling, guest communication drafts, workflow support, analysis, and reconciliation.
Our priorities are granular permissions, clear read/write separation, human approval, audit logs, secure data handling, reliable real-time and historical access, and connectivity with ChatGPT, Claude, or custom agents. We would be happy to complete the survey and join a follow-up call.
