Hey Mews Community,
We’re exploring how AI Copilot could help hotel teams spend less time on repetitive reservation work and more time supporting guests.
Group cancellations are one use case we’re looking at. When plans change, teams may need to review several reservations, understand the overall impact, and repeat similar steps before they can complete the work. We’re exploring whether Copilot could make that process simpler by helping operators review a group cancellation in one place and move from intent to action with confidence.

We’re looking for a small number of properties to test an early working version of the feature within Mews to make sure we’re addressing the real workflow challenges you’re facing today.
We’d love to understand:
-
How often does your property handle group cancellations?
-
What takes the most time or creates the most uncertainty today?
-
What would you want Copilot to explain or do for you?
-
Would your team be interested in testing an early version of this feature with us?
We’re especially interested in reservations teams at properties that manage groups regularly. Design partners would test an early version of the feature with us, share feedback on whether it fits their workflow, and help shape what we build next. If you’re interested, please mention that in your reply and we’ll follow up to discuss the test.

The more we learn from real use, the better we can decide whether this is the right first use case and what the Mews Copilot would need to do to create real value. We’ll share what we learn back with the community.
