weiß jemand, ob und wenn ja, ab wann es möglich sein wird bzw. möglich sein soll auch die E-Mails bzgl. Bestätigung und Online-Check-In statt in HTML mit der Drag&Drop-Version anzupassen? Vielen Dank vorab.

Hi Lukas,
My apologies for replying in English, but I wanted to jump in on here as well.
When the new editor was rolled out, it replaced only default emails. Customised HTML emails remain active in the old editor; which in your case would be the confirmation and online check in email.
To replace the old editor, delete the HTML template to revert to the new default template (Deleting the old template is permanent and cannot be undone).

eigentlich ist das schon möglich, aber es scheint als sei das noch nicht bei allen Kund:innen gleichmäßig ausgerollt. Bei einigen sehe ich das schon und bei anderen nur bei den Templates, die noch auf “Default” stehen und bisher nicht angepasst wurden.
Da sollte dein Customer Success Manager dir bestimmt ne Info zu geben oder es für dich freischalten können..
