Hi all, and happy new year!

I’m hoping to connect with a few folks who’d be open to sharing what they’re currently using for phone systems — what’s working, what’s not, and how you’re approaching things like guest calls, texts, and team communications.

I run a boutique motel in Colorado called The Timberline, and I built us a custom phone solution (VOIP + Zapier + Mews) that works very well for us. Now I’m working on productizing it as a platform called Hello Hotel.

I’d really love to hear how other properties are solving for phone systems for your properties and teams. What are you using today? Is it working well for your team and guests?

Hey, thanks for posting this. I am at Motel Long Lake & Cottages in upstate NY and currently researching ways to do something similar, but also wanted to include text messaging which we currently use through AKIA. Ideally want text and phone calls from the same system/number.
