ANALYTICS - ROOM NIGHTS Y ADR ACUMULADO

Saludos

Good morning,

I am currently reviewing the analytics to determine whether it is truly worth paying for.

I cannot find anywhere how to view the accumulated room nights and ADR. In other words, I would like to know, as of today (for example, since January 1st, 2025), how many nights have been sold for December 24th, 2025, and at what average ADR — both per day and cumulatively.

I am looking for a filter that allows me to see, for instance, whether anything was sold for the night of December 24th, 2025, on January 1st, 2025, and at what price; then, on March 1st, whether any additional sales were made for that same date and at what price — as well as the cumulative number of room nights sold up to that day and the corresponding average ADR.

I have managed to view this information on a monthly basis, but it does not break down the data by day or show the cumulative figures.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Hello @JonathanSaavedra

I’m Josue - one of the Community Ambassadors - and I’m happy to help clarify your question regarding data within Mews Analytics.

To view the accumulated room nights and ADR:

  • Go to Mews Analytics > Pickup
  • Select the Pickup evolution tab
  • The filter “CreatedDate” is referring to the Booking date. Think “when did we sell it?”

In this case, you can set Jan 1 - Dec 24 since you want any bookings created during these dates.

  • The filter “ConsumedDate” is referring to the Day of Stay. Think “for which night will we host the guest?”
  • In this case, you can set to Dec 24 since you want to see bookings only for this night.

The results table on the left will give you the ADR and Nights sold cumulatively 😊

If you want daily pickup, set the filter CreatedDate to that specific date that you’re looking for.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know! 😎

Warmest regards,

Thank you so much!

That way I can see the total amount of RN and the ADR but I cannot see how many times we sold the 1st of march 2025 for the 24th of december, can I?
