We’re currently working on improving how permissions work in the Reservations domain, and we’d love your help.
Permissions play a key role in day-to-day operations — from managing reservations to handling changes and sensitive actions. We want to make sure they reflect real responsibilities, and help prevent mistakes, without getting in the way of getting work done. To do that, we’re running a short research survey to better understand how permissions are used today and where there’s room for improvement.
We’re especially looking for insights from:

Operations or system administrators involved in setting up access
