Survey completed. What I find particularly exciting are not the standardized messages, but rather short-notice messages in emergency situations or similar cases. We have all the necessary data, but currently we cannot contact guests quickly and easily.

Transactional messages can now be handled through various systems such as MEWS, Smart Host, Straiv, and Dialogshift — although we clearly prefer Dialogshift, as follow-up questions can be answered by AI if desired.
