Hi Miriam and team 👋

Just to give some context about my background: I worked as a Revenue Analyst managing 1,200+ rooms for a major hotel chain, and now I’m doing revenue management for my own hotel and several apartments. I also hold the Revenue Management Master’s from eCornell.

There’s one point I’d really like to highlight because it’s essential for me and I haven’t found it properly implemented in either Mews or Atomize: LOS management. Right now I use RoomPriceGenius mainly because of this — their LOS handling is simple, visual, and intuitive, at the same level as pricing.

In Mews or Atomize, you have to manually create rules for each LOS by specifying the period, room type, and rate, repeating it one by one. It’s slow, tedious, and if you want to later fine-tune specific dates or segments, it becomes almost impossible without rebuilding everything from zero. In 2026, with AI everywhere, it doesn’t make much sense that something so critical is still so manual.

I also don’t understand why there isn’t a single calendar view that shows months, weekdays, LOS, and prices all together, with the ability to change each day directly and instantly. With competition so high today, pricing can go up or down easily — but LOS is where the real key is, at least for my property.

Happy to share more insights with whoever at Mews is working on this topic. Not sure if I can post screenshots of RoomPriceGenius here, but it would be useful to show how other RMS tools are approaching this.
