Hey Mews Community! 👋

We're improving how tips and gratuity are handled in Mews POS, and we'd love your input to make sure we get it right — for properties everywhere, not just in one region.

What we're working on

We're designing a better experience around tip configuration, reporting, and payout management as part of our food & beverage workflows. 

Who we're looking for

You're a great fit if you:

✅ Work in an F&B role — F&B Manager, GM, or anyone who oversees tipping & gratuity management 

✅ Use a POS system (Mews POS or any other) as part of your F&B operation

✅ Deal with tip reporting and payout processes today 

What's involved

A 20–30 minute video call where we'll walk you through some early design prototypes and have a conversation about what works, what doesn't, and what's missing. Your feedback will directly shape how we build the solution and you can get early access to the Beta when it launches.

I’d be happy to give my input on that! We use Mews POS and used to use Lightspeed before.
