Hi everyone 👋

We’re currently exploring how AI agents could leverage property SOPs and internal documentation to provide more context-aware, operationally aligned recommendations (e.g., smart tips, morning briefings, room allocation, etc.).

We’d love to partner with a few properties who would be open to sharing example SOPs or operational documentation (for development purposes only) to help us better understand structure, variability, and how these procedures could inform agent decisions.

Any documents that you have that's not in PMS actually would be super beneficial to us. Specifically, we’re thinking SOP docs, staff training manuals, checklists like those for housekeeping and other staff, hotel marketing pamphlets and other documentation to compare and validate if the PMS data corresponds to the stated features and services. You’re welcome to include any other sources of information that's in a raw document form about the hotel - it's layout and services etc that an ai agent would find useful to know just like a new staff member would!
