Invitation to Beta Test: Improved Payment Routing in Mews
We're excited to invite properties to join the beta test for our new payment routing feature —part of our ongoing effort to enhance the default billing experience in Mews.
This update aims to boost front desk efficiency by automatically routing payments to the bill containing the related items, rather than to the unpaid items. This resolves several common challenges, such as:

Virtual credit card (VCC) payments landing on the guest's unpaid items instead of the OTA bill, when room nights have been routed there

Payments being sent to unpaid items when the relevant charges are on a bill created by billing automation

Payments being sent to unpaid items when the relevant charges have already been manually moved to a bill
