Well.. Direct integrations only cause overbookings i'm afraid.. so the plural of Channel Managers is in my honest opinion something to be only used singular: you want to have one inventory manager, and use this channel manager to be your funnel to the inventory.

Absolutely; and with several OTA's only checking your availability only at the start of reservation process it is a continuous battle to get these parties organized. oh well.. keeps you busy :)

I can only agree with what @mauritsbots and @Snx1337 have already said.

At the moment there isn't really an option other than using a channel manager, as Mews doesn't have one of its own. However, our current CM is quite efficient and delivers reservations directly from the OTA's to Mews in an instant. The processing time is very low, which prevents overbooking.

We decided to ditch our channel manager, which saved us loads of time managing different links, thanks to the direct connection with Booking.com through Mews. But, on the flip side, we're not selling through Expedia anymore. While it simplifies things and cuts costs, it also means we might miss out on bookings from Expedia fans. So, it's a trade-off between smoother operations and potentially less visibility.

Hi Steven,

We are using Cubilis by Stardekk.
Since the Mews V3 connection the processing is almost instantly. In all, about max. 20 - 30 seconds between the reservation being confirmed on the OTA sigth and the processing in mews.
