Hi,
With it being low season, I would like to refresh my Mews knowledge - in depth.
Any courses you can recommend? Just the Mews University? …
Hi @PHman88. That’s a great idea! We love to see that you put learning on your agenda. I can certainly recommend some courses. Could you please tell me what your role is and what topics you’re interested in? Alternatively, check out our Mews Uni Catalog to find all the available courses.
Hi @justyna.konieczny
Thank you for your reply.
As general manager, the most comprehensive course(s) possible, spanning all departments.
Thank you!
Brilliant! Here are my suggestions.
- Mews Basics - it’s a great starting point if you haven’t used Mews University for a while. This course gives a high-level overview of how things work in Mews and offers great tips.
- Front Office Agent Learning Path - this is a comprehensive course from an operational standpoint - you’ll learn all about the day to day activities of a Front Office Agent. (Disclaimer: We are currently in the process of revamping this course - the new version will be live in a few weeks).
- I can also highly recommend any courses listed under the Mews Guest Journey topic in the Catalog:
Please let me know if there are any other specific topics you’re interested in. Enjoy!
I would go through the entire Mews University again. This is also the suggestion I made to my staff. On top of that, I’m also browsing through the help site and, last but not least, looking for new possible exercises from information within the community.
@PHman88 there’s also specialist out there that offer tailored trainings to your properties needs, depending on what you are looking for.
